Guess what! Last Sunday there wasa 10-kilometre run in my town. I took part in this run. I spend a lot of time on prepare for this run , I played the football,voleball,runed often and went the gym. It all was very dificult for me because I do not had too more time. During run I was very tired but my the best friend who run near me , said that I am good prepared and I have to win this competition because because I am fit and I have good form, this words helped me and I continued run. Such run in town have a lot of adventages because many people can lose weight , this is very good way of spending free time , such events encaurages young people to do sport. Next such run will be organize in the next month in Krakow , ticket will cost 15 euro and this will be 15 kilometre run, there can start people in various ages.
